١. مقدمة

توضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية تعامل لعبة NEXORA (المشار إليها بـ«اللعبة» أو «التطبيق») مع البيانات عند استخدامك لها على أجهزة Android و iOS. باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على ما هو موضّح في هذه السياسة.

التطبيق يعمل بوضعين: سباق فردي بدون إنترنت بالكامل، وسباق جماعي أونلاين (١ ضد ١) يربط جهازك بجهاز لاعب آخر مباشرة عبر بروتوكول الند للند. ما يخصّ كل وضع موضّح بشكل منفصل أدناه.

إذا لم توافق على أي بند منها، من فضلك لا تستخدم التطبيق.

٢. المعلومات التي لا نجمعها

لكي يكون الأمر واضحاً تماماً، لا نجمع ولا نخزّن على أي خادم تابع لنا:

• الاسم الحقيقي أو البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف أو أي بيانات شخصية تعريفية.
• جهات الاتصال، الرسائل، الصور، الميكروفون أو الملفات. (الكاميرا تُستخدم لحظياً لمسح رمز QR فقط ولا يُجمَع منها شيء — انظر البند ٦.)
• الموقع الجغرافي (لا يوجد طلب صلاحية GPS في التطبيق).
• سجلّ التصفح أو بيانات من تطبيقات أخرى على جهازك.
• كلمات المرور أو بيانات الدفع (لا توجد عمليات شراء من الأساس).

٣. البيانات المخزّنة على جهازك فقط

لكي تعمل اللعبة كما تتوقع (اسم اللاعب، أفضل أزمنته، رتبته) يقوم التطبيق بتخزين بيانات محلية على جهازك، ولا تغادر الجهاز أبداً:

• معرّف جهاز محلي: رقم عشوائي (UUID) يُولَّد على جهازك عند أول تشغيل، ويُستخدم لربط سجلّك المحلي بنفسك فقط — وليس معرّفاً للإعلانات ولا لأي خدمة خارجية.
• اسم اللاعب واللغة: الاسم الذي تكتبه داخل اللعبة، واللغة المختارة (عربي/إنجليزي).
• تقدّمك في اللعب: أفضل زمن، أسرع ١٢ لفة، رتبتك ووسامك، وإحصاءات السباقات.

تُخزَّن هذه البيانات في الذاكرة الداخلية للتطبيق على الجهاز (SharedPreferences وتخزين المحرّك المحلي)، ولا تُرسَل إلى أي مكان. حذف التطبيق أو مسح بياناته يمسحها نهائياً، ولا نحتفظ بأي نسخة منها.

في اللعب الجماعي أونلاين فقط يُتبادَل بين جهازك وجهاز المنافس مباشرة — دون أي سيرفر وسيط يخزّنهما — الحد الأدنى من المعلومات اللازمة لإتمام السباق:

• اسم الشهرة الذي تكتبه بنفسك داخل اللعبة، ويراه منافسك على الشاشة وخلال السباق.
• معرّف لعب عشوائي يُولَّد على جهازك لكل مباراة، ويُستخدم لربط اللاعبَين ببعضهما فقط — وهو ليس معرّف الإعلانات ولا يُستخدم للتعرّف عليك.
• كود الغرفة (٦ أرقام) الذي يُولّده صاحب المباراة لمشاركته مع صديقه (عبر واتساب أو رمز QR).
• بيانات السباق اللحظية: موضع السيارة واتجاهها وزمنها وعبورها خط النهاية، وتُتبادَل أثناء السباق فقط ثم ينتهي أثرها بانتهائه.

بعد انتهاء المباراة لا يبقى أي أثر لهذه المعلومات عندنا: لا نخزّن اسم المنافس ولا زمنه ولا سجلّ المواجهات على أي سيرفر، ونتيجة المباراة تُحفَظ في تبويب «أفضل أزمنة الـ ١ ضد ١» على جهازك أنت وحده.

٤. الإعلانات — Google AdMob

التطبيق مجاني ويُموّل بالإعلانات. نستخدم Google AdMob (خدمة إعلانات من Google) لعرض:

• إعلان بانر أسفل الشاشة الرئيسية (الشاشة الرئيسية وأفضل الأزمنة فقط).
• إعلان بيني (Interstitial) يظهر بعد انتهاء السباق.

لكي تعرض Google الإعلانات، قد تجمع خدمة الإعلانات وتعالج بيانات مثل:

• معرّف الإعلانات (Advertising ID): معرّف خاص بالإعلانات يمكن للمستخدم إعادة تعيينه أو حذفه من إعدادات أندرويد — التطبيق يطلب صلاحية AD_ID لهذا الغرض.
• معلومات الجهاز والتطبيق: نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل، إصدار التطبيق، اللغة، وعنوان IP (ويُستخدَم لتحديد منطقة تقريبية للإعلان).
• تفاعلك مع الإعلان: ظهور الإعلان أو النقر عليه، لأغراض القياس ومنع الغش في الإعلانات.

باختصار: قد تجمع Google معرّفات إعلانية قياسية (Advertising IDs) لأغراض أداء الإعلانات وقياسها ومنع الاحتيال فيها. نحن لا نحصل على هذه المعرّفات ولا نخزّنها.

نحن لا نرى ولا نخزّن هذه البيانات بأنفسنا، وليس لنا وصول إليها؛ فهي تُعالَج بواسطة Google بصفتها مقدّم خدمة الإعلانات. بياناتك في هذا السياق تخضع لسياسة خصوصية Google:

يمكنك في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك (أندرويد: الإعدادات ← Google ← الإعلانات) إعادة تعيين معرّف الإعلانات أو حذفه، أو إلغاء الإعلانات المخصّصة. على iOS لا يطلب التطبيق إذن التتبّع (App Tracking Transparency)، وبالتالي لا تُستخدم معرّفات التتبّع بين التطبيقات في الإعلانات المعروضة هناك.

٥. موافقتك على الإعلانات والتحكم فيها (GDPR / قوانين الخصوصية)

قبل إرسال أي طلب إعلان، يستخدم التطبيق منصة Google UMP (نموذج الموافقة الرسمي من Google) لعرض نموذج الموافقة عند الحاجة — كما هو مطلوب في الاتحاد الأوروبي والمملكة المتحدة وسويسرا وبعض الولايات الأمريكية:

• لا يُطلب أي إعلان قبل الحصول على موافقتك في المناطق التي تتطلب ذلك.
• إذا رفضت الموافقة، تستمر اللعبة في العمل بشكل كامل بدون إعلانات مخصّصة.
• يمكنك سحب موافقتك أو تغييرها في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق: زر «الخصوصية والإعدادات الإعلانية» (Privacy & ad settings) الذي يعيد فتح نموذج الموافقة مرة أخرى.

٦. صلاحيات التطبيق

يطلب التطبيق الحد الأدنى من الصلاحيات، وكل سبب مذكور بوضوح:

• الإنترنت (INTERNET): لجلب الإعلانات من Google وللعب الجماعي أونلاين (السباق الفردي يعمل تماماً بدون إنترنت).
• حالة الشبكة (ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): لمعرفة إن كان هناك اتصال قبل محاولة جلب إعلان أو بدء مباراة جماعية.
• معرّف الإعلانات (AD_ID): لتخصيص الإعلانات وقياسها عبر Google AdMob.
• المستشعرات (اختيارية): مقياس التسارع/الجيروسكوب للتحكم بالميلان في اللعبة — تُقرأ على الجهاز فقط (انظر البند ٧).
• الكاميرا (CAMERA — اختيارية): تُستخدم فقط عند اختيارك مسح رمز QR الخاص بغرفة صديقك للانضمام السريع للمباراة. لا تُلتقظ صور ولا فيديوهات، ولا تُخزَّن ولا تُرسَل أي لقطة، والتطبيق يعمل بالكامل بدونها (يمكنك كتابة كود الغرفة يدوياً).

لا يطلب التطبيق صلاحيات الموقع أو الميكروفون أو جهات الاتصال أو الملفات.

٧. مستشعرات الجهاز (التحكم بالميلان)

يمكنك توجيه السيارة بإمالة هاتفك. لهذا يقرأ التطبيق مستشعرات الحركة (مقياس التسارع والجيروسكوب) داخل التطبيق فقط، ويُستخدم الرقم لحظياً لتحريك المقود، ثم يُهمَل.

لا تُخزَّن قراءات المستشعرات ولا تُرسَل لأي جهة، ولا تُستخدم للتعرف على طريقة حركتك أو موقعك. ويمكنك دائماً استخدام أزرار التحكم على الشاشة بدلاً من الإمالة.

٨. مشاركة التطبيق (زر المشاركة)

عند الضغط على زر المشاركة، يفتح التطبيق قائمة المشاركة الرسمية في نظام التشغيل ويمرّر إليها نصاً فقط (رابط اللعبة على المتجر + أفضل زمن لك). التطبيق لا يعرف ولا يسجّل التطبيق الذي اخترته ولا المحتوى الذي شاركته.

٩. الأطفال

اللعبة موجّهة لجمهور عام (١٣ سنة وأكبر) وليست مصمّمة للأطفال دون ١٣ عاماً. لا نجمع عن قصد أي بيانات شخصية من الأطفال، وحيث لا يوجد حساب ولا جمع بيانات من جانبنا فإن ذلك غير ممكن من الأساس. وننصح بعدم كتابة اسم حقيقي أو أي معلومة شخصية في خانة «اسم الشهرة»، لأن هذا الاسم يظهر لمنافسك في اللعب الجماعي.

إذا كنت وليّ أمر وتعتقد أن طفلك قدّم بيانات شخصية لنا، تواصل معنا وسنحذفها فوراً. الإعلانات المعروضة تأتي من Google AdMob وفق إعدادات التطبيق في AdMob Console، ويمكن تصنيف التطبيق كغير موجّه للأطفال في Play Console وفق ما يناسب سوقك.

١٠. أمن البيانات

• بيانات لعبك محفوظة داخل مساحة التطبيق الخاصة على نظام التشغيل، ولا يستطيع تطبيق آخر قراءتها.
• لا ننقل بياناتك إلى أي سيرفر تابع لنا، فلا يوجد ما يمكن اختراقه عندنا.
• طلبات الإعلانات تتم مع Google عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS/TLS).
• اتصال اللعب الجماعي بين الجهازين يتم عبر WebRTC مشفّر إجبارياً (DTLS/SRTP)، أي أن بيانات السباق تمرّ في قناة مشفّرة بين الطرفين مباشرة ولا يراها أي طرف ثالث.
• اللعبة تستخدم سيرفراً محلياً داخل التطبيق (127.0.0.1) لتقديم ملفات اللعبة المدمجة لنفسها — لا يخرج أي شيء من الجهاز.

١١. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

لا نحتفظ بأي بيانات على أي خادم، لذلك لا يوجد شيء لحذفه من جانبنا. أما البيانات المحلية على جهازك فهي تحت سيطرتك تماماً:

• حذف كل شيء: حذف التطبيق من الجهاز (أو «مسح البيانات» من إعدادات التطبيق) يمحو سجلّك وأفضل أزمنتك ورتبتك نهائياً.
• إعادة تعيين معرّف الإعلانات: من إعدادات نظام التشغيل (راجع البند ٤) في أي وقت.
• سحب الموافقة الإعلانية: من زر «الخصوصية والإعدادات الإعلانية» داخل التطبيق.

١٢. خدمات وروابط خارجية

الخدمات الخارجية التي يتعامل معها التطبيق محدودة، وكلّها مذكورة هنا:

• خدمات إعلانات Google (AdMob + UMP): لعرض الإعلانات وطلب موافقتك عليها (انظر البند ٤ و٥).
• بروتوكول الند للند (PeerJS / WebRTC): هو ما يجعل اللعب الجماعي ممكناً؛ يربط جهازك بجهاز منافسك مباشرة. تُستخدم خدمة PeerJS العامة للوساطة (Signaling) لتبادل معلومات الاتصال الأولية فقط (مثل كود الغرفة)، وقد تُستخدم خوادم STUN عامة لتحديد مسار الاتصال. لا تُخزَّن بياناتك الشخصية ولا سجلّ سباقاتك ولا نتائجك على أي سيرفر خارجي — ولا على سيرفراتنا نحن إذ لا نملك سيرفراً من الأصل — وبيانات السباق الفعلية تمرّ مباشرة بين الجهازين.
• شبكة توصيل محتوى عامة (unpkg): تُستخدم لتحميل ملف مكتبة اللعب الجماعي مرة واحدة عند فتح شاشة الأونلاين فقط، وهو طلب ملف عام لا يحمل أي بيانات عنك.

قد يحتوي التطبيق على روابط خارجية (مثل صفحة اللعبة على Google Play) وعند فتحها تصبح أنت مسؤولاً عن الالتزام بسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بتلك الجهة.

لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي أدوات تحليل (Analytics)، ولا على شبكات اجتماعية، ولا على أي SDK آخر يجمع بيانات عنك.

١٣. حقوقك

حسب النظم المطبقة في بلدك (مثل GDPR في أوروبا أو CCPA في كاليفورنيا) فإن لك:

• حق المعرفة والوصول: أن تعرف ما يُجمَع عنك — ونحن نوضّح هنا أننا لا نجمع بياناتك على خوادمنا.
• حق الحذف: حذف التطبيق يمسح كل بياناتك المحلية، ويمكنك طلب تأكيد ذلك عبر البريد أدناه.
• حق الاعتراض أو السحب: سحب موافقتك على الإعلانات المخصّصة من داخل التطبيق أو من إعدادات الإعلانات في نظام التشغيل.
• حق عدم التتبّع: إعادة تعيين/حذف معرّف الإعلانات وإلغاء الإعلانات المخصّصة.

لأي طلب متعلق بهذه الحقوق، راسلنا على البريد الموضّح في البند ١٦ وسنرد في أسرع وقت.

١٤. تغييرات سياسة الخصوصية

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيّر وظائف التطبيق أو متطلبات المتاجر. سيظهر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلى الصفحة، واستمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على النسخة الجديدة.

١٥. مرجع لملء استمارة «سلامة البيانات» في Google Play Console

هذا الجدول يلخّص الموقف الفعلي لمساعدتك عند تعبئة الاستمارة (الإجابة المرجعية: لا يجمع التطبيق بيانات ويشاركها إلا ما تعلّق بالإعلانات عبر Google):

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how NEXORA (the “App”) handles data when you play it on Android or iOS. By using the App you agree to what is described here.

The App has two modes: a solo race that is fully offline, and an online 1v1 multiplayer race that connects your device directly to another player's over a peer-to-peer protocol. What applies to each is set out separately below.

If you do not agree with any part of it, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

To be completely clear, we do not collect or store on any server of ours:

• Name, email address, phone number or any other personally identifying information.
• Contacts, messages, photos, microphone or files. (The camera is used live for QR scanning only and nothing is collected from it — see section 6.)
• Location (the App never requests a location permission).
• Browsing history or data from other apps on your device.
• Passwords or payment data (there are no purchases at all).

3. Data Stored on Your Device Only

So the game behaves the way you expect (your name, your best laps, your rank), the App keeps some data locally on your device. It never leaves it:

• A local device identifier: a random UUID generated on your device on first launch. It ties your local profile to itself — it is not an advertising identifier and is not shared with any service.
• Player name and language: whatever you type in the game and the language you pick (Arabic/English).
• Your progress: best lap, your 12 fastest laps, your rank and medal, and race statistics.

This data lives in the App's private storage on the device (SharedPreferences and the bundled engine's local storage) and is never transmitted anywhere. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data deletes it permanently; we keep no copy.

In online multiplayer only, the bare minimum needed to run a race is exchanged between your device and your opponent's, directly and with no intermediary server storing it:

• The nickname you type in the game, which your opponent sees on screen and during the race.
• A random game identifier generated on your device for each match. It only links the two racers to each other: it is not an advertising identifier and is not used to identify you.
• The room code (6 digits) the host generates so a friend can join (over WhatsApp or a QR code).
• Live race data: your car's position, heading, time and finish-line crossing. It is exchanged while the race is running and ends with it.

Once a match is over no trace of that information remains with us: we store neither the opponent's name nor their time nor a match history on any server. The result is kept in the “Best 1v1 times” tab on your own device only.

4. Advertising — Google AdMob

The App is free and funded by advertising. We use Google AdMob to show:

• A banner at the bottom of the lobby (lobby and best-times screens only).
• An interstitial after a race ends.

To serve ads, Google's advertising services may collect and process data such as:

• Advertising ID: a resettable, user-deletable advertising identifier — the App requests the AD_ID permission for this.
• Device and app information: device model and OS, app version, language, and IP address (used to derive an approximate region for the ad).
• Ad interaction: whether an ad was shown or clicked, for measurement and ad-fraud prevention.

In short: Google may collect standard advertising identifiers (Ad IDs) for ad performance, measurement and fraud prevention. We never receive or store those identifiers.

We never see or store this data ourselves and have no access to it; it is processed by Google as the ad provider. It is covered by Google's own policies:

• Google Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy
• How Google uses data from apps that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
• Opt out of personalised ads: adssettings.google.com

You can at any time reset or delete the advertising ID and opt out of personalised ads from your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads). On iOS the App does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, so cross-app tracking identifiers are not used for the ads served there.

5. Ad Consent and How to Change It (GDPR / privacy laws)

Before any ad request is sent, the App uses Google UMP (Google's official consent platform) to present a consent form where one is required — as mandated in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and certain US states:

• No ad is requested before your consent in the regions that require it.
• If you decline, the game keeps working fully, without personalised ads.
• You can withdraw or change your consent at any time in the App through the “Privacy & ad settings” button, which reopens the consent form.

6. App Permissions

The App asks for the minimum, and every reason is stated plainly:

• Internet (INTERNET): to fetch ads from Google and for online multiplayer (a solo race runs with no connection at all).
• Network state (ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): to know whether a connection exists before requesting an ad or starting a match.
• Advertising ID (AD_ID): for ad personalisation and measurement through Google AdMob.
• Sensors (optional): accelerometer/gyroscope for tilt steering — read on-device only (see section 7).
• Camera (CAMERA — optional): used only when you choose to scan a friend's room QR code to join a match quickly. No photo or video is captured, stored or transmitted, and the App works fully without it (you can type the room code instead).

The App does not request location, microphone, contacts or file permissions.

7. Device Sensors (Tilt Steering)

You can steer by tilting the phone, so the App reads the motion sensors (accelerometer and gyroscope) inside the App only: the value moves the steering instantly and is then discarded.

Sensor readings are neither stored nor transmitted, and are not used to identify how you move or where you are. On-screen controls are always available instead of tilting.

8. Sharing the App (share button)

The share button opens the operating system's own share sheet and hands it text only (the store link plus your best lap). The App neither knows nor records which app you chose or what you shared.

9. Children

The game is aimed at a general audience (13 and older) and is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and since we run no accounts and no collection of our own, that cannot happen on our side. We also recommend not typing a real name or any personal detail in the “nickname” field, as that name is shown to your opponent in multiplayer.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it. Ads are served by Google AdMob according to the App's settings in the AdMob console, and the App can be declared as not directed to children in Play Console as suits your market.

10. Data Security

• Your game data sits in the App's private storage on the OS, where other apps cannot read it.
• We transmit nothing to a server of ours, so there is nothing of ours to breach.
• Ad requests to Google travel over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS).
• The multiplayer connection between the two devices uses mandatorily encrypted WebRTC (DTLS/SRTP): race data travels in an encrypted channel directly between the two peers, unreadable by any third party.
• The App runs a local server inside itself (127.0.0.1) to serve its own bundled game files — nothing leaves the device.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain nothing on any server, so there is nothing for you to have deleted from us. The local data on your device is entirely under your control:

• Delete everything: uninstalling the App (or clearing its data in the OS settings) wipes your history, best laps and rank for good.
• Reset the advertising ID: from OS settings, at any time (see section 4).
• Withdraw ad consent: through the “Privacy & ad settings” button in the App.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The third-party services the App talks to are limited, and all of them are listed here:

• Google's advertising services (AdMob + UMP): to serve ads and to ask for your consent (see sections 4 and 5).
• Peer-to-Peer (PeerJS / WebRTC): this is what makes multiplayer possible; it connects your device directly to your opponent's. The public PeerJS service is used for signalling only — to exchange the initial connection information (such as the room code) — and public STUN servers may be used to find the connection path. No personal data, race history or results are stored on any external server, ours included (we do not run one), and the actual race data flows directly between the two devices.
• A public content delivery network (unpkg): used to load the multiplayer library file once, when the online screen is opened. It is a request for a public file that carries no data about you.

The App may contain external links (for example the game's Google Play page); once you open them, that provider's own privacy policy applies.

The App contains no analytics tooling, no social networks and no other SDK that collects data about you.

13. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example GDPR in Europe or CCPA in California), you have:

• Right to know and access: to know what is collected — and as stated here, we collect none of your data on our servers.
• Right to deletion: uninstalling the App erases all local data, and you may ask us to confirm that by email below.
• Right to object or withdraw: withdraw consent to personalised ads in the App or in your OS ad settings.
• Right not to be tracked: reset/delete the advertising ID and turn off personalised ads.

For any request under these rights, write to the address in section 16 and we will respond as quickly as we can.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy when the App's features or store requirements change. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
