١. البيانات التي نجمعها

2. What we do NOT collect

لا جهات اتصال، ولا رسائل، ولا سجل مكالمات، ولا ألبوم صور، ولا موقع دقيق.
لا معرّف إعلانات ولا تتبع إعلانات بين التطبيقات.
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها — أبدًا.
لا توجد مكتبة تحليلات/تتبع سلوكي شغالة داخل التطبيق.
No contacts, messages, call logs, photo library or precise location.
No advertising ID and no cross-app ad tracking.
We never sell or rent your data.
No behavioural analytics/tracking SDK is active in the app.

4. Who else sees your data

جوجل — Firebase Authentication و Cloud Messaging و Play services ونماذج Gemini.
مزودو الذكاء الاصطناعي — Groq و DeepSeek و OpenRouter: رسائلك (وأي تسجيل صوتي) بتتبعت لهم لتوليد الإجابة، وهما معالجون بتوجيه منّا.
GitHub — لو استخدمت البناء السحابي، مشروعك بينفعَل مستودع خاص لإنتاج الـ APK، والفرع بيتشال بعد كل بناء.
DuckDuckGo — لو طلبت من المساعد بحثًا على الويب.
Railway — مزوّد الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات.
Google — Firebase Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Play services, Gemini models.
AI providers — Groq, DeepSeek and OpenRouter. Your prompts and any voice audio are sent to them to generate an answer; they act as processors on our instruction.
GitHub — with Cloud Build your project is pushed to a private repository to produce the APK, and the per-build branch is deleted afterwards.
DuckDuckGo — only if you ask the assistant to search the web.
Railway — our hosting and database provider.

٥. الكود بيشتغل على سيرفراتنا

5. Code runs on our servers

عشان نوريك معاينة شغّالة، الكود الذي يولّده الذكاء الاصطناعي ممكن يتنفّذ على سيرفراتنا داخل بيئة معزولة. متستخدمش VSE لتشغيل حاجة ما كنتش هتشغّلها على سيرفر.

To show you a working preview, code the assistant generates may be executed on our servers inside a sandboxed runner. Do not use VSE to run anything you would not run on a server.

٦. مدة الاحتفاظ

6. How long we keep it

بنحتفظ ببياناتك لحد ما تحذف حسابك من جوه التطبيق (المحفظة ← قائمة الجلسة ← حذف الحساب). بعد الحذف بنمسح البيانات خلال ٣٠ يوم، عدا السجلات اللي القانون بيجبنا نحتفظ بيها مثل سجلات المدفوعات.

We keep your data until you delete your account (Wallet → session menu → Delete account). After deletion we remove it from our systems within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep, such as payment records.

7. Your rights

تقدر الوصول لبياناتك أو تصحيحها أو تصديرها أو حذفها في أي وقت — الحذف من التطبيق، وأي حاجة تانية ابعتلنا على الإيميل. وتقدر ترفض أي إذن اختياري والتطبيق هيشتغل.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time — deletion is in the app, anything else by email. You can also decline any optional permission and the app still runs.

8. Security

كل الاتصال مشفّر بـ HTTPS. جلسة جوجل وأي توكن جيتساب تضيفه بيفضلوا على جهازك ومش بيتبعتوا لنا، والوصول لأنظمة الإنتاج مقصور على فريق emperor software development.

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Your Google session and any GitHub token you add stay on your device and are never sent to us, and access to production is limited to the operators of emperor software development.

٩. الأطفال

9. Children

التطبيق غير موجه للأطفال أقل من ١٣ سنة، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن علم.

VSE is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

١٠. نقل البيانات خارج مصر

10. International transfers

بعض المزودين شغالين خارج مصر، فقد تُعالَج أجزاء من بياناتك خارج مصر.

Some processors operate outside Egypt, so parts of your data may be processed outside Egypt.

١١. التعديلات

11. Changes

أي تعديل هيتحدّث التاريخ في الأعلى، وأي تغيير مهم هيتعرض إشعار جوه التطبيق.

If this policy changes we update the date at the top, and material changes are announced inside the app.
